Cottage Cheese Pizza
- Energy: 330 kcals

Ingredients
- Paneer [cubed] [low fat] - 20 g
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tsp
- Red chili powder - ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
- Chaat masala - ¼ tsp
- Lemon juice - ½ tsp
- Ginger-Garlic paste – ½ tsp
- Curd - 1 tsp
- Whole Wheat Pizza base - 1 medium
- Green Capsicum [seeded and cut into dices] – ¼ medium
- Tomato [cut into cubes] - ½ piece
- Onion – ¼
Method
- Place paneer cubes in a bowl.
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt, chaat masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and curds and mix well.
- Set aside for 10-15 minutes
- Place the pizza base on the baking tray with the toppings, bake for 5 minutes in a preheated oven.
