Instant Pot Mug Cake
- Energy: 365 kcals

Ingredients
- Maida - ¼th cup
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Baking powder - ¼ tsp
- Melted butter - 2 tbsp
- Milk - ¼ th cup (50 to 60ml)
- Melted Chocolate chips/Unsweetened chocolate syrup - 2 tbsp
- Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Method
- In a bowl take ¼ cup maida, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 2 tbsp chocolate chips or unsweetened chocolate syrup and ¼ tsp baking powder.
- Later add 2 tbsp butter and ¼ cup milk.
- Mix well, and make sure the batter is smooth.
- Further add 2 tbsp chocolate chips/chocolate syrup and mix gently.
- Transfer the cake batter to a small mug.
- Place the mug, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. You can alternatively microwave for 1 minute and it is ready to consume.
- You can add jaggery for taste
